Following the first issue entirely made in Sofia, this one was conceived back in France after several months. Niglo is now declared as an annual release. This publication is thought as a path, back and forth, as physically than virtually, between France, Bulgaria and Iran.

This new issue is inaugurating the foundation of « Maison Eurabie », an association composed by Mokhtar Maziz, Isabelle Ngoc-Trâm Cao and me, which the researches focuses on Eastern Europe, Arab and Islamic World, and South East Asia histories and contemporary art, with political and social concerns.
